Shipping Policy
We offer free pick-up and drop-off transportation for massage service bookings within a 15km radius.
For laundry service orders:

A delivery fee of 30,000 VND applies for addresses within 3km.

A delivery fee of 40,000 VND applies for addresses within 10km.
For bike rental services, pick-up and return are only available at our store. We do not offer delivery for bike rentals at this time.
SIM Delivery & Return Policy – 5G SIM Rental Service
1. SIM Delivery Methods

Physical SIM card:
We offer delivery and pickup services for physical SIMs with the following fees:-
Delivery fee within a 3km radius: 30,000 VND per trip (either delivery or pickup)

Delivery fee within a maximum 15km radius: 50,000 VND per trip (either delivery or pickup)
(Note: Each delivery or pickup is counted as a separate trip. For example, delivery and return would be charged as two trips.)

eSIM (activated via QR code):

Free of charge.

The QR code will be sent online via email, Zalo,whatssap app or other messaging platforms. No physical delivery is required.

service, please come and see the bicycle directly. Choose the bicycle and pay at the store.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may request a refund within the first 15 minutes of their booked service if they are not satisfied or decide to cancel. In this case, a full refund will be issued. after deducting any transportation fees (if applicable) and currency conversion charges
If the full service time has been completed, no refund will be provided.
For laundry services, refunds or exchanges are not available once the cleaning process has started.
For bike rental services, once the bike has been picked up and the rental period has started,We offer free bike exchanges . we cannot offer refunds .
We aim to ensure all customers are satisfied. If you have any concerns, please contact our team directly.
SIM Return Policy
Return Time:
Customers are required to return the SIM on or before the agreed rental end date.
Return Method:

For physical SIM cards:
Our staff will come to collect the SIM at the scheduled time if requested by the customer.
The pickup fee will be the same as the delivery fee mentioned earlier. -
For eSIMs:
No return is necessary. Simply stop using the SIM and notify our staff.
In case of loss or damage:
Customers must compensate according to the policy: 100,000 VND per physical SIM card.
