We offer free pick-up and drop-off transportation for massage service bookings within a 5km radius.

For laundry service orders:

  • A delivery fee of 30,000 VND applies for addresses within 3km.

  • A delivery fee of 40,000 VND applies for addresses within 10km.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a refund within the first 15 minutes of their booked service if they are not satisfied or decide to cancel. In this case, a full refund will be issued. after deducting any transportation fees (if applicable) and currency conversion charges

If the full service time has been completed, no refund will be provided.
