Additionally, we have installed fire and smoke detectors in areas with higher fire risk, such as towel storage and supply rooms, to ensure safety for both our guests and staff.

If guests do not wish to use the fan, please feel free to request that it be turned off. If you prefer not to use air conditioning, you may also request to have it turned off. If you would like the room to be cooler than 28°C, simply let us know and we will lower the air conditioning temperature accordingly.
In case the room is shared with other guests—some preferring a cooler environment and others not—we will provide extra blankets for those who are sensitive to cold to ensure everyone remains comfortable.
If you prefer not to use air conditioning or a fan at all, we kindly suggest booking a private room or choosing a foot massage in the open seating area at the front of the spa.
Yes, our spa has a dog — an Alaska Malamute from Russia. He’s very friendly with guests. However, to respect customers who may not be comfortable around dogs, we usually keep him in the back yard and only bring him to the front if requested. Many guests love petting him, so we allow that when appropriate. Otherwise, he’s only allowed out before opening hours or after closing time.
