By using services at IVY TROPIC SPA, customers agree to comply with our policies regarding appointments, payments, and cancellations.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of policy violations or payment fraud.
Customers have the right to try the service for the first 15 minutes. If not satisfied and the service is canceled during this period, a refund will be issued after deducting any applicable pick-up/drop-off fees as per our current transport policy, and any foreign currency conversion fees if applicable.
We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful service environment. Our staff is trained to uphold high standards of hygiene, customer care, and service quality.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality spa services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment for support.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel the service within the first 15 minutes of your session, a refund may be issued. However, if the full session time has been completed, no refund will be provided.
